Prices

however, Court One assumes no responsibility for its accuracy. NC sales
tax (7%) will be added to all orders from NC residents.
Warranties
Only manufacturer's warranties are in effect. Court One will assist
buyer, however all claims are with the manufacturer directly.
Shipments
Normal shipping method U.P.S. prepaid, which will be added to your invoice.
All motor freight charges are collect.
Returns
No returns are accepted without prior approval. A 20% restocking
charge will be made on all approved returns. All sales are otherwise
final.
